2. Choosing your invitations
One of the best things about our wedding invitations is that there is no minimum quantity required. You can order as few as 5 invitations, making it easy to accommodate any size guest list. We believe that every couple deserves to have beautiful invitations, no matter the size of their wedding.
If you're still deciding on the design for your wedding invitations, we also offer fully personalised samples. This allows you to see and feel the quality of our invitations before placing your order. We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your wedding invitations, and our personalised samples give you the opportunity to make any necessary adjustments, see the designs in real life with all your details and make the experience even more enjoyable and exciting.

2. Placing the order
Placing an invitation order at Ljd Cards is quick and easy. Follow these simple steps to customise your invitations and complete your purchase:
1. Choose the design: Browse through our collection of elegant and affordable wedding invitation designs. Select the one that best suits your style and theme.
2. Select the quantity: On the product page, you will find a quantity button. Simply change the quantity to the amount of invitations you require. If you need 100 invitations, enter "100" in the quantity field. If you want to order a sample, simply enter 1 in the quantity button
3. Personalise your invitations: After selecting the quantity, proceed to the checkout page. Here, you will be prompted to enter your email and personalised details. Make sure to provide accurate information, including the names of the bride and groom, the wedding date, and any other relevant details, colour and font choices as well
4. Complete the checkout: Once you have entered your personalised details, review your order to ensure everything is correct. Then, proceed to complete the checkout process. You will be asked to provide your shipping address and payment information. Rest assured that your personal information is safe and secure with us.
5. Confirmation and delivery: After successfully placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. Then the fun stage starts, we will then begin processing your order, and your customised wedding invitations will be delivered to your doorstep within the specified timeframe.
3. Proofs, Amendments & Approval
Before finalising your order, we want to make sure that your wedding invitations are exactly as you envisioned. At Ljd Cards, we offer the opportunity for you to review a digital proof of your customised wedding invitations. This allows you to carefully check all the details and make any necessary changes before we proceed with printing.
Once you receive the digital proof, take your time to review it. Check the wording, design, and any other details to ensure everything is perfect. If you have any changes or amendments, we are more than happy to accommodate them. We want your invitations to be exactly how you want them, so feel free to request any necessary adjustments. There are unlimited changes at this stage.
Once you are satisfied with the digital proof, simply approve it, and we will move forward with producing your wedding invitations. We will ensure that the final product matches your approved proof, so you can have peace of mind knowing that your invitations will be just as you envisioned.
4. Lead Times
After the design has been finalised and approved, we will provide you with an exact timeframe for the production and delivery of your wedding invitations. Typically, once the designs have been approved, your finished stationery will be printed and delivered within 7-28 days.
Please note that the lead times may vary depending on the quantities and complexity of your order. We strive to deliver your invitations as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays. If this is the case, rest assured that Ljd Cards will keep you updated on the status of your order.
5. Delivery
At Ljd Cards, we understand the importance of timely and secure delivery when it comes to your wedding invitations. We strive to provide a seamless delivery experience for our customers, ensuring that your invitations arrive in perfect condition and on time for your special day.
Delivery Schedule: All orders are delivered Monday - Saturday. We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure that your invitations are handled with care and delivered promptly.
Tracking and Signature: To provide you with peace of mind, all our deliveries are tracked. This allows you to monitor the progress of your order and know exactly when it will arrive. Additionally, for added security, a signature is required upon delivery to provide proof of receipt for orders over £100.
Free Delivery: We are pleased to offer free delivery for all wedding invitation orders to mainland UK addresses. Please note that this excludes the highlands and islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and the Channel Islands.
Packaging & Damage: At Ljd Cards, we take extreme care in packing your stationery to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, in the unlikely event that your parcel suffers damage during transit, we kindly request that you write 'damaged' when signing for the parcel. It is also important to report any damage to Ljd Cards within 24 hours via email, along with photographs of the package. This will enable us to assist you promptly and efficiently in resolving any issues. Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may impede any claim that is made.
6. Social Media
At Ljd Cards, we understand that your wedding stationery is a reflection of your unique love story. We take great pride in creating beautiful designs that capture the essence of your special day. We believe that your stationery deserves to be celebrated and shared with the world.
As the copyright owner of all the design work we create for your wedding stationery, we would love to showcase your cards on our social media platforms. Sharing your stationery allows us to inspire other couples and showcase the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Rest assured, we take your privacy seriously. We will remove or blur out any personal and private information such as addresses and phone numbers from the photos before sharing them. If you prefer, we can also change your names from the original artwork to disguise your wedding information.
If you would like your names to be completely removed from the shared images, please send us an email with your request. We want to ensure that you are comfortable with how your stationery is presented on social media.
If no specific requests are made, we may share images of your stationery on our social media platforms during the making of or after the completion of your order. We believe that sharing these images not only celebrates your special day but also showcases the creativity and attention to detail that goes into each and every design.
